The creative force behind OFFbeat Brands, Mike is our main man, the head honcho, el capitan. With a wine and spirits career that spans more than 36 years, Mike climbed the ladder the old fashioned way – through hard work. Along the way he’s been with some of the best, including Artesa Winery and Aveniu Brands, E&J Gallo, Chateau St. Jean and Joseph E. Seagram to name a few. OFFbeat Brands is Mike’s baby – the place he can flex the creative muscle he’s been cultivating for so many years.

Cindy Kenton

Cindy Kenton joins the OFFbeat Brands team with over 25 years of winery accounting experience. She has worked in senior financial positions at Chateau St. Jean and Joseph Phelps Winery. She staked out on her own and consulted with a diverse customer list. Kirkland Winery and Nord Vineyard Services were among key clients. She understands how to advise on topics such as growth and production strategies, inventory management and budgeting. She is flexible working with OFFbeat Brands’ staff and the CEO to help cultivate his dream.

Xavier Batlle

Xavier Batlle is the one who connects with our global partners – the wineries and people who make Offbeat wines in places like Italy, France and Spain. He’s also the liaison with suppliers worldwide in our Luxury Estates & Domains division. The owner and founder of Global Wine Partners S.L. in Spain, Xavier has over 20 years of experience in the international wine business. Having held top positions in leading wine groups like United Wineries in London and Codorniu in Barcelona, he knows all the right people – and where to find good wine. It doesn’t hurt that he can order a drink in five languages.

Chad Donegan

Chad Donegan joins OFFbeat Brands team with over 10 years of sales experience in a multitude of fields from selling surgical implants, insurance, and even popsicles to Eskimos. His passion and expertise for building relationships with his clients is second to none.
